Janet Jackson was all smiles as she stepped out in style to amfAR’s 20th Annual Cinema Against AIDS gala during the Cannes Film Festival in Cap d’Antibes, France. The 47-year-old pop icon, who is an ambassador for amfAR, rocked short curly hair and a white pantsuit.
The black-tie fundraiser, which drew celebrities including Chris Tucker, Paris Hilton, and Sharon Stone, featured a cocktail reception, dinner, auction, and fashion show.
Just last week, Janet revealed that she is back in the studio working on a new album. “We are creating the concept and initial thoughts on the music,” she told Billboard. “I am excited about the direction we are taking. I don’t want to put a time constraint on the creative process.”
